WEEKLY REPORT WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE 08/19/11 TO 08/25/111

08/19/11:

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a theft on Route 1 in East Machias. Archibald’s reported a gas drive off.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a report of criminal mischief on the Bean Heath Road in Whitneyville. Caller reported someone smashed the window out of his tractor.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe and Deputy Ryan Allen responded to a 911 call on the Pumping Station Road in Lubec.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a motor vehicle report in Milbridge. Caller stated that a driver in a green Cherokee almost ran a family off into the ditch.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a complaint of shots fired on the Ridge Road in Cherryfield.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to River Road in Cherryfield for a well being check.

Deputy Brandon Parker assisted a caller on Main Street in Princeton. Caller complained that her son took her car.

8/20/11:

Deputy Ryan Allen responded to a report of suspicious activity on Emery Circle in Lubec. Caller reported that someone was pounding on his window.

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a complaint of harassment on the Palmer Landing Road in East Machias.

Deputy John Peterson assisted Indian Township with trying to locate a subject who may have hurt themselves and ran into the woods.

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a report of theft on Scotts Way in Charlotte . Caller reported a theft of copper from the quarry site of Station Road.

Deputy John Peterson responded to a well being check on the Vanceboro Road in Codyville.

Deputy Keith York responded to a report of theft on County Road in Lubec. Caller reported that his IPAD had been taken.

Deputy Keith York responded to a complaint of domestic dispute on the Butler Road in Cherryfield. Caller wanted a family member removed.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a report of theft at Johnson’s Town Line in East Machias. Caller stated that a subject walked in and took a six pack of twisted tea and walked out without paying.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a report of shots fired on Water Street in East Machias. Caller stated that shots were being fired near the Barber Shop or on top of hill by Washington Academy.

8/21/11:

Deputy Brandon Parker responded to a report of harassment on the Old Mill Road in Tops Field. Caller stated that she was receiving harassing text messages.

Deputy Ryan Allen assisted a caller while she removed personal property on the East Side Road in Addison.

Deputy Ryan Allen responded to a remove subject complaint on Route 193 in Beddington.

Deputy Ryan Allen responded to the Four Corners Store in Columbia for the theft of an eighteen pack of beer.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a motor vehicle complaint on Tattoo Lane in East Machias.

Deputy Ryan Allen responded to a theft on Addison Road in Columbia. Caller reported that he was missing some scrap metal.

Deputy Ryan Allen responded a complaint of harassment on Smith Ridge Road in Charlotte.

Deputy Brandon Parker assisted Machias Police Department on Route 1 in Machias, with a subject who needed to be transported to DECH.

Deputy Brandon Parker assisted Indian Township Police Department with a subject firing an automatic firearm in a gravel pit.

8/22/11:

Deputy Brandon Parker responded to a residential alarm on Route 1 in Robbinston.

Deputy Brandon Parker assisted the Maine State Police on Route 1 in Pembroke. A subject who was intoxicated with a bow and arrow needed to be removed from a residence.
Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a complaint of criminal trespass on Pleasant Street in Lubec. Caller stated that a HAZMAT container was blocking access to property.

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a well being check on US Route 1 in Pembroke.

8/23/11:

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a motor vehicle complaint on Route 1 in Columbia.

Deputy Lt. Travis Willey responded to a car/deer motor vehicle accident on the East Side Road in Addison.

Deputy Lt. Travis Willey responded to a domestic dispute on Park Street in Cherryfield.

Deputy Brandon Parker responded to a 911 hang up call on West Street in Princeton.

Deputy Lt. Travis Willey responded to a complaint of harassment on Mogador Road in Steuben.

Deputy John Peterson responded to a residential burglary complaint on West Street in Princeton. Case is under investigation.

8/24/11:

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a noise complaint at Bayview Park in Lubec.

Deputy Lt. Travis Willey assisted Probation and Parole on the Willey District Road in Harrington. Subject was arrested.

Deputy John Peterson responded to a complaint of suspicious activity on Pokey Road in Alexander.

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a noise complaint on Morgador Road in Steuben.

Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a complaint of theft on the Shore Road in Beals. Case is under investigation.

8/25/11:

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a motor vehicle complaint at the Roque Bluffs Fire Station.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a report of theft from Uncle Kippy’s Restaurant in Lubec. Subject ordered food and then left as it was coming out.

Deputy Keith York and Deputy Ryan Allen responded to a report of shots fired on Bar Island in Milbridge.

Deputy Sergeant Richard Rolfe responded to a complaint of suspicious activity on Route 191 in Meddybemps.
Deputy Ralph Pineo responded to a complaint of property found on the Sunrise Trail in East Machias. Caller found a loaded gun on the side of the trail.

Deputy John Peterson responded to a complaint of theft on the Arm Road in Alexander. Caller reported property taken out of his truck.

Deputy John Peterson responded to a well being check in Princeton. Caller was from Florida and was checking on a friend that he had not heard from for several days.
